BRIEF HISTORY
James Maxwell (Building Contractors) were
formed in 1928 and were originally a firm
of plasterers. After developing a bricklaying
side in the 60's the company expanded into
joinering in the early 70's becoming building
contractors in the process.
The last 30 years have seen the expansion
of the company into the highly efficient
& productive workforce which currently
exists whilst maintaining the high standards
set by it's founder the late James F Maxwell.
The last 10 years has seen a step into the
new housing market. This has met with great
success and the high specification of dwelling
being constructed has been greatly admired.
Every house is individually designed with
the emphasis being on space efficiency &
comfort.
